How long does delivery take?+
Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days in Karachi and 4–5 working days for other cities across Pakistan.
Orders placed before 4:00 PM are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM are dispatched on the next working day. 🚚✨
Can I open the parcel before paying?+
Yes! You’re welcome to open and inspect your parcel before making the payment on delivery. 📦✨
If there is any issue with the product, you can return it to the rider at your doorstep immediately no need to accept the parcel. 🚚
What is your return and exchange policy?+
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to our return policy. If you notice an issue when inspecting the parcel, you can also return it to the rider immediately at your doorstep.
