Do you offer Cash on Delivery?+

Yes — Cash on Delivery is available on all orders, with free shipping across Pakistan.

How long does delivery take?+

Karachi: 2–3 working days. Other cities: 4–5 working days. Orders placed before 4:00 PM are dispatched the same day; orders placed after 4:00 PM are dispatched the next working day.

Can I open the parcel before paying?+

Yes — you're welcome to inspect your order before completing payment on delivery.

What is your return and exchange policy?+
