Return Policy
If a customer orders size 8 and we send the correct size 8, but the customer still has an issue and wants to return the product, the customer will be responsible for the return delivery charges. The customer must send the parcel back to us through any courier service and provide us with the tracking number. Once we receive the parcel, we will refund the eligible amount to the customer.
Exchange Policy
If a customer orders size 8 and we send the correct size 8, but the customer has a size-related or any other issue and wants to exchange the product, the customer will be responsible for the delivery charges for the exchange.
However, if the mistake is from our side for example, the customer ordered size 8 but we sent size 9, or the customer ordered one color and we sent a different color then it will be considered a company mistake. In this case, we will bear the delivery charges and arrange the exchange of the parcel at no additional delivery cost to the customer.

واپسی کی پالیسی (Return Policy)
اگر کسٹمر سائز 8 آرڈر کرتی ہے اور ہماری طرف سے اسے بالکل درست سائز 8 ہی بھیجا جاتا ہے، لیکن کسٹمر کو پھر بھی کسی وجہ سے مسئلہ ہوتا ہے اور وہ پروڈکٹ واپس کرنا چاہتی ہے، تو واپسی کے تمام ڈیلیوری چارجز کسٹمر خود ادا کرے گی۔
کسٹمر کو پارسل کسی بھی کورئیر سروس کے ذریعے ہمیں واپس بھیجنا ہوگا اور اس کی ٹریکننگ فراہم کرنا ہوگی۔ جب ہمیں پارسل موصول ہو جائے گا، تو ہم کسٹمر کی رقم ریفنڈ کر دیں گے۔
ایکسچینج پالیسی (Exchange Policy)
اگر کسٹمر سائز 8 آرڈر کرتی ہے اور ہماری طرف سے اسے درست سائز 8 ہی بھیجا جاتا ہے، لیکن کسٹمر کو سائز یا کسی اور وجہ سے مسئلہ ہوتا ہے اور وہ پروڈکٹ ایکسچینج کروانا چاہتی ہے، تو ایکسچینج کے ڈیلیوری چارجز کسٹمر خود ادا کرے گی۔
لیکن اگر غلطی ہماری طرف سے ہو، مثلاً کسٹمر نے سائز 8 آرڈر کیا ہو اور ہم نے سائز 9 بھیج دیا ہو، یا کسٹمر نے ایک رنگ آرڈر کیا ہو اور ہماری طرف سے دوسرا رنگ بھیج دیا گیا ہو، تو یہ کمپنی کی غلطی تصور ہوگی۔ اس صورت میں تمام ڈیلیوری چارجز کمپنی خود برداشت کرے گی اور کسٹمر کا پارسل ایکسچینج کر کے دیا جائے گا۔

Return Policy
Agar customer size 8 order karti hai aur hum usay bilkul sahi size 8 send karte hain, lekin customer ko phir bhi koi issue hota hai aur woh product return karna chahti hai, to return delivery charges customer khud pay karegi. Customer ko parcel kisi bhi courier service ke zariye humein wapas bhejna hoga aur tracking number provide karna hoga. Jab humein parcel receive ho jayega, to hum customer ki eligible payment refund kar denge.
Exchange Policy
Agar customer size 8 order karti hai aur hum usay sahi size 8 send karte hain, lekin customer ko size ya kisi aur wajah se issue hota hai aur woh product exchange karwana chahti hai, to exchange ke delivery charges customer khud pay karegi.
Lekin agar mistake hamari taraf se ho for example, customer ne size 8 order kiya ho aur humne size 9 send kar diya ho, ya customer ne ek color order kiya ho aur humne different color send kar diya ho then yeh company ki mistake consider hogi. Is case mein delivery charges company khud bear karegi aur customer ka parcel bina kisi additional delivery charges ke exchange kar diya jayega.
