Returns and exchanges
We want you to love your ON FOOT shoes. If something isn't right, here's exactly how returns and exchanges work.
Return window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Who pays return shipping
If the item is defective, damaged, or wrong — we cover return shipping. For change of mind or sizing — the customer covers return shipping.
Refunds vs. exchanges
Choose either. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer, typically within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item.
