In such cases, we take responsibility for up to 7 days from the date you received your order. We believe that two days are sufficient for inspecting your footwear to ensure it fits properly and is free from defects.
For any size-related issues or damages, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once we receive your returned item, we will confirm receipt within 3 to 5 business days.
Please keep the following in mind when returning items:
- Remain Unused:
Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition, just as it arrived. We want to maintain its quality for the next customer. - Original Packaging:
If provided, please include the original packaging when returning the item to ensure safe and secure transport. - Return Fee:
A small fee of RS200 will be deducted for shipping and packaging costs.
Refund Process:
- The product must not be used and should be in original packaging and tags.
- Once returned item is received, a refund can take up to 3 to 5 working days
- We do not refund on liking Or disliking of the product
- A refund will be given if there is any issue regarding quality or defect.
